| Following its owner’s success in a number of Sydney restaurants, Caffe Rosso has managed to enter the popular Southern Highland market of Italian cuisine in a unique way. A comprehensive menu offers an undeniably Italian pedigree combined with a fresh and individual approach. The pizzas alone are out of this world, testimony to the quality ingredients used, while the sculpted pastries are, if it is possible, even more delicious than they look.

The men behind the good work are owner Sebastian Petrocitto, who divides his time between Caffe Rosso and The Busy Bakehouse in Woollahra, and manager Edward McKay. The café has been operating in Bowral since early 2008 and is open seven days as well as three nights a week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) for dinner.
